Amelia(Speaker):
I went to a lot of doctors, actually, a lot.
I think I found her on YouTube.
I liked it because she said that she likes to keep your other teeth.
And then when I came to see her, because she showed me that X-ray they do.
I actually was like, this is the best for me, I think.
I had a hard time, though.
It was a lot of work. But anyways, to me, they look good because they should.
I have a lot of pictures before.
I don’t know if you haven’t seen those.
Yeah, they look good. But I am very grateful because…
That I found her because I’ve been to a lot of them.
I mean, a lot of them.
I like that she keeps your teeth, your other teeth, and then she does whatever you need, only what you need.
That’s the best.
She’s got a good sense of humor.
All these girls that work here are so nice.
But mainly, I’m very grateful for her because I love that she get my teeth and that I have teeth.
She said she would keep my other teeth. She I like her advertisement that she has on YouTube.
It’s pretty good.
She’s got a nice humor.
The fact that she looks like she knows what she’s doing.
She explained everything.
I guess that’s what made me mostly…
But mainly because she was going to keep my other teeth because all the other time…
Not nothing.
When I have the little things, snap on things, he was going to do dentures.
Yeah, they wanted to do dentures.
And I said, Well, I got my other teeth, and I’d go.
Then I have the little snap on, and it was very uncomfortable.
I said, No.
Yes, I probably would. She’s good.
And I’m happy and I’m grateful.
And what I was going to say, yeah, maybe she’s good.

Gil(Speaker):
Well, back to what I said about the doctor gave me every option.
I did go to other places and they did not give me all the options until I had to ask about them, and then they would tell me, oh yes, yes, that is available.
And to me, I just felt like they were just trying to squeeze the most money out of me as they could.
And here, Dr. Angela Leung was just very honest with every possible option financially and for the looks in, uh, my teeth.
Oh, her staff was beyond great.
Her staff was very accommodating, whether it was appointment-wise or even sometimes I had my son who was only 3 years old and they actually would sit with him and keep him entertained while the doctor worked on me.
And again, they’re just beautiful and marvelous.

Claudine(Speaker):
Dr. Angela Leung’s office is the most wonderful office you could ever come to if you had to have a root canal done.
I mean, they do it with great professionalism and humor, and staff is just wonderful.
I guess getting a root canal is expensive, but if you got to get it done,
I would get it done at Dr. Angela Leung’s office because they’re wonderful.
Oh, and the parking is free.

Mrs. Chen (Speaker):
I’m Mrs. Chen, and I’m here to tell you the story that I had with renovation of my dental implant and my whole mouth, dental-wise.
Okay, way back last year, I had a gradual breaking of my old implant that was installed from the East Coast.
So I went online searching for an implantologist, and sure enough, I found Dr. Leung with an impressionable review, professionally and personally.
So I got to start with her.
It took about six, 9 months. And of course, patiently, I got this…
Patiently from Dr. Leung, I got it finally done.
So here I am. So when I saw her, it surely proved how true it is with all this review, and I’m even more impressed.
So to start with, she started analyzing my dental issues.
Took a lot of photos, all her digital camera or scanning and high-tech CT scan, all up to date.
So pretty much from that, But she discussed her findings, which is pretty much very detailed, patient, and also taking all those photos, she did the overlook of my bite and my remaining teeth condition.
And using that, she was patient in explaining her recommendations to not only replace, but correct my bite, the whole oral issues.

Then her plan of action, the cost that is quite comparable with what it is in the market.
And then plus offering options. My questions and inquiries were patiently answered.
And after giving me time to digest all information and the dollar layout,
I decided that it is like purchasing some big item in life that I absolutely need to be able to have unrestricted smile, laugh, and be able to speak clearly without also he issue of loose dentures.
If I chose the other way of taking the implant out.
So going ahead, my old implant had few challenges, issues, having to save the old pose.
First, the tiny post that was quite antique and that has to be hard to find.
Then the number two issue was the old post alignment that is somehow off.
Then my old super sensitivity to pain.
Dr. Leung did not give up, showing her real resiliency and just was singing her way to keep me calm. And She met all those challenges and never gave up.
So the final product you can see from the images of my before and my after shows it, and now a happy me.
And of course, the staff, of course, is there from beginning to end, joyfully, pleasantly, supporting every move.
Okay, and thank you for that.
And my big smile.

Speaker:
I’m super scared about dentists and studios,
but here at Angela Leung Studio, everything is different.
People are super nice,
and I ended up laughing while she was treating my tooth.
It’s great. It’s a great clinic, and people are super nice.
Come in.

Joana(Speaker):
Right now, I feel nice and confident smiling with my new set of implants.
I’m so happy that I did what I did.
Hi, my name is Joana Laurea, and I found Dr. Angela Leung’s clinic,
while I was going through Groupon,
trying to figure out how I can have my yearly checkup with someone who can assess the entire teeth and not just one portion of it.
So I was looking and looking, and I finally found Angela Leung,
which she was implantologist.
So I went and made an appointment, and she went through the process and assessed everything that needs to be done for my teeth.
I was looking for something permanent in And because as we get older,
we just don’t want to be bothered with this appointment.
And of course, the pain factor is also of great importance.
So I went ahead and went to her clinic, and the people, the staff were friendly.
They’re very accommodating, and they answer all your questions the best they can.
And also, the process of the CT scan and the X-rays, they were all done expeditiously, and I was so glad with that.
I didn’t have to wait long process.

And by the end of the week, they had a treatment plan for me,
and we dealt with all different options. And it was very clear and transparent.
And what I like about Dr. Leung, because she was very detailed in explaining to me what to expect and what the problems we may have to cross.
And everything was laid out to me.
So I didn’t have no fears or any doubts whether she can do it or not,
because she already laid out everything, the process, including the possibilities and what the risks are.
It was all very detailed, and that’s what sold me.
She explained to me very well that I understood.
It’s not like I’m going to go through this procedure blindsidedly,
not knowing what to expect, but it was laid out, so I trusted her.
I’ve been through her clinic and I saw a lot of her certificates,
her diplomas, and the number of years of experience, which is about 30+ years.
And in one of those procedures, she had doctors and training while she’s doing the implant.
So I was really impressed with that because a lot of doctors wanted to go on training with her and learn how she does things well, efficiently, She works very fast.

If you’re considering of implants, just come to Dr. Leung’s office, dental office,
and you’ll be sure that you will have good results.
For the staff, they’re nice, very professional, hardworking people,
and you will feel comfortable coming to this clinic. Thank you.

Should you save the tooth or replace it?

It depends on three things: how much healthy tooth structure is left, how much bone is still supporting it, and whether the infection can be treated predictably. Most of the time that question can be answered at the first visit, once we have imaging and a bite reading. Here is what we are looking for.

When replacement is usually more predictable

In these cases, treating the tooth again tends to buy months rather than years, and the delay can cost bone that an implant would have used

Why we can give you a straight answer

An implant-focused office is set up to place implants. An endodontic office is set up to save teeth and refers the surgery out. Dr. Leung is trained in both, so the recommendation comes from the imaging and the bite analysis, not from what the office is equipped to do.

If a tooth is worth saving, we will tell you, and we will treat it. If it is not, you are already in the office that can replace it.

When we prioritize saving a tooth:

When replacement becomes the better decision:

What is a Full Arch Restoration?

Full Arch Dental Implant Options: All-on-4 vs All-on-6

If you are struggling with missing or failing teeth, you do not have to live with discomfort or unstable dentures. Here is how the main full arch options compare.

All-on-4 Dental Implants

With All-on-4, just four implants are strategically placed to support a full set of fixed teeth. This option is often ideal if you’re looking for a faster, more cost-effective solution, and in many cases, it can be completed with minimal need for bone grafting.

All-on-6 Dental Implants

If you’re looking for even more strength and long-term durability, All-on-6 uses six implants to create a more reinforced foundation. This is a great option for patients with good bone support who want the most stable, long-lasting result possible.

All-on-4 vs All-on-6: Which Is Right for You?

Both options are designed to give you a smile that looks natural, feels secure, and functions like real teeth  so you can eat, speak, and smile with confidence again.

All-on-4 Fixed Full-Arch Implant Stability Over 24 Months

Implant Stability Quotient measurements for maxillary and mandibular All-on-4 restorations in a 2025 prospective study.

A 2025 prospective study published in PubMed Central followed 90 patients who received All-on-4 fixed full-arch implant restorations and measured implant stability over 24 months using the Implant Stability Quotient (ISQ).. Higher ISQ values indicate greater implant stability. Mandibular implants consistently recorded higher stability scores, increasing from 74.20 at three months to 75.83 at 24 months. Maxillary implants remained stable as well, ranging from 70.23 at three months to 71.80 at 24 months. Overall, the results suggest that All-on-4 full-arch restorations maintained strong and consistent implant stability throughout the two-year follow-up period.

Full Arch Restoration vs. Traditional Dentures

Traditional removable dentures can help replace missing teeth, but some patients struggle with looseness, slipping, sore spots, reduced chewing strength, or lack of confidence when speaking and eating. Full arch restoration may provide a more stable solution, especially when dental implants are used to support the restoration. Implant-supported full-arch treatment can help improve chewing function, comfort, and confidence compared with unstable removable dentures. The right option depends on your oral health, bone support, medical history, budget, and personal goals. Dr. Angela Leung will review your condition and explain which treatment options may be appropriate for your case.

differences between Full Arch Restoration and traditional dentures

Full arch restoration options designed to look natural and stay serviceable

Most patients prefer fixed teeth that resemble natural dentition as closely as possible.

Our most common design:

The final recommendation depends on:

Immediate temporary teeth or a staged approach, based on what we are working with

We do both. The right approach depends on the condition of your teeth, bone, bite, infection status, and what we need to work with to deliver a stable outcome.

If immediate provisional teeth are appropriate:

If a staged approach is safer or more predictable:

The full-mouth workup we consider non-negotiable

Full-mouth cases succeed when planning is thorough and execution is controlled. Our comprehensive workup typically includes critical steps like CBCT imaging and a diagnostic wax-up, as advanced diagnostic imaging plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and predictable surgical outcome.

Reviews and Patient stories

Peter(speaker):  When I met Dr. Leung, she made me feel comfortable. She broke down everything. What? Step by step, what she was going to do. Exactly what she said she was going to do, she did. She gave me my life back. I’m grateful for that. Before coming here, I did my research. And say, out of maybe five of the dentists I saw, she stuck out the most. What really caught my attention was YouTube, that video on YouTube, that interview. And what I saw was a caring person, real warm. So that’s what… I mean, besides being a dentist, that’s what attracted me. I felt comfortable, even though I’ve never been to our office at all. And to be quite honest, before I came here, I felt I was traumatized at a young age from another dentist who was a butcher. By the way, this is not a paid advertisement. I’m saying this from the heart. And the staff, hey, what can you say? They’re professional, and they care just as much as the doctor does. Dr. Leung, She’s amazing.

Questions people ask before booking

Who is a candidate for full arch restoration?

Patients with multiple missing teeth, loose dentures, failing teeth, severe tooth wear, broken teeth, or difficulty chewing may be candidates for full arch restoration. A consultation is needed to evaluate bone support, gum health, bite function, and overall oral health.

Is full arch restoration better than dentures?

Full arch restoration may provide more stability than traditional removable dentures, especially when dental implants are used to support the restoration. However, the best option depends on each patient’s oral health, goals, and treatment needs.

Can full arch restoration help with loose dentures?

Yes. Patients with loose or uncomfortable dentures may benefit from implant-supported full-arch options that are designed to improve stability, comfort, and chewing ability.

Does full arch restoration require dental implants?

Many full arch restoration plans use dental implants for support, but the exact treatment depends on the patient’s bone structure, oral health, medical history, and goals. Dr. Angela Leung will explain the available options during the consultation.

How do I know if my teeth should be saved or replaced?

Dr. Angela Leung evaluates the condition of your teeth, gums, bone support, bite, and long-term prognosis. In some cases, natural teeth may be saved. In other cases, full arch restoration or implant-supported replacement may be the better long-term option.
